CryptoDoctor.ai ("CryptoDoctor") provides automated software tools that collect, process and present technical information derived from public blockchain records and third-party data sources.
1. Technical diagnostics, not transaction advice
CryptoDoctor provides rule-based technical indicators, factual observations and explanatory text concerning public blockchain addresses, token contracts and related data.
Reports, scores, screening results, labels, findings and explanatory text are not investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. They are not an offer, solicitation or personal recommendation to acquire, dispose of, hold, transfer, exchange, stake, lend, borrow or otherwise transact in any Virtual Asset.
CryptoDoctor does not assess a user's investment objectives, financial circumstances, net worth, ability to bear loss, investment horizon, knowledge, experience or personal risk tolerance.
2. Read-only service
CryptoDoctor does not:
- hold, safeguard or control Virtual Assets or private keys for users;
- operate a wallet on behalf of users;
- execute, route, arrange, transmit, settle or match Virtual Asset transactions;
- exchange Virtual Assets for fiat currency or other Virtual Assets;
- manage or dispose of a user's portfolio or Virtual Assets;
- provide staking, lending, borrowing or yield services; or
- accept transaction orders on behalf of users.
Wallet Checkup and Token Screening do not require a private key or seed phrase.
3. Meaning of scores and screening results
A Health Score, screening status, severity level or other diagnostic label reflects only the methodology, data sources and configured checks identified by CryptoDoctor.
A result such as "No configured technical flags detected" means only that the configured checks did not produce a flag based on the data available at the relevant snapshot time.
It does not mean that a Virtual Asset is safe, legitimate, suitable for a person, free from fraud, guaranteed to be sellable, expected to rise in value or appropriate to acquire or hold.
A negative or severe finding likewise does not instruct a person to sell, transfer, exit or take any other transaction action.
4. Virtual Asset risk
Virtual Assets can lose some or all of their value and can be subject to extreme volatility.
Virtual Assets may be illiquid. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Smart contracts can contain vulnerabilities or unexpected functionality. Token issuers, deployers, liquidity providers, validators, bridges, exchanges, data providers and other third parties can fail, change behaviour or become unavailable.
A holder of a Virtual Asset may not benefit from the protections available to bank deposits or traditional regulated investments and may lose the entire amount or other value committed.
5. Snapshot and data limitations
A CryptoDoctor report describes data available at a particular snapshot time.
Blockchain and token conditions can change rapidly, including within a single block. Liquidity, token taxes, permissions, contract code, ownership concentration, approvals, balances and third-party security classifications can change after the snapshot.
Data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, incorrectly indexed or affected by provider outages, chain reorganisations, contract upgrades, token metadata errors or other events outside CryptoDoctor's control.
Where a report identifies its network coverage or data coverage as incomplete, that limitation forms part of the report and must be taken into account when interpreting it.
6. Third-party security and market data
Some CryptoDoctor findings depend on third-party sources.
Where a report states that a source reported a honeypot signal, malicious-spender flag, liquidity value or similar condition, CryptoDoctor is reporting the information returned by that source at the relevant time unless the report expressly states that CryptoDoctor independently verified it.
Third-party data may contain errors or change without notice.
7. AI-generated explanations
Some explanatory text may be generated using an AI model from the structured findings produced by the diagnostic pipeline.
AI-generated text can contain mistakes. The underlying structured data, finding source, methodology and snapshot information are more authoritative for purposes of understanding how the report was produced.
CryptoDoctor's product controls are designed to prevent AI from generating personal transaction recommendations, but automated language should still be read as explanatory technical text rather than professional advice.
8. Third-party wallets, tokens and trademarks
A report may be generated for a public address or token contract without the knowledge, request or consent of the owner, issuer, deployer or holder.
The existence of a report does not imply that the relevant wallet owner, token issuer, protocol, developer or other third party requested, approved or endorsed the report.
Third-party names and trademarks are used for identification and analysis only and remain the property of their respective owners.
9. No endorsement or regulatory approval
A CryptoDoctor score or report is not a certification, audit, endorsement or regulatory approval of any Virtual Asset, protocol, issuer, wallet or project.
CryptoDoctor does not represent that any regulator or supervisory authority has approved a token, report or CryptoDoctor diagnostic conclusion.
10. Conflicts and compensation
Unless expressly disclosed with the relevant content, CryptoDoctor does not receive compensation from a token issuer, protocol or project in exchange for assigning a particular CryptoDoctor score, severity level or finding to that token or project.
Where CryptoDoctor, its owners or a contributor has a material economic interest in a Virtual Asset discussed in public promotional or educational content, that interest is disclosed with the content where required.
11. User responsibility
The user remains responsible for deciding whether and how to act on information available through CryptoDoctor and for obtaining regulated or professional advice where appropriate.
CryptoDoctor does not execute the user's decision and does not control the user's assets.
