How paying works
Do I need an account?
No. Pay, and the report opens on a secret link that keeps working. Leave an email and we send the link there too.
What if the invoice expires?
Invoices live 30 minutes. An expired one simply closes — nothing is charged, and you can start a new one.
What if I underpay?
Anything more than 2% short goes to manual review and we contact you. Overpayments are refunded on request.
What if the report fails after I pay?
We retry automatically and email you the link. Your payment is recorded against the report, so it cannot be lost.
