Refund & Delivery Policy
Last updated 10 August 2026
Version 2.0 · effective 10 August 2026
This Policy applies to paid digital reports and other paid services provided by CryptoDoctor.ai.
1. Digital delivery
A report is delivered electronically through the report link, user account or other delivery channel stated at checkout.
If the user chooses optional email delivery, the email is an additional delivery channel. Failure of an optional email message does not mean the report was undelivered if the report was successfully made available through the account or report link, unless checkout expressly stated otherwise.
Generation times displayed by CryptoDoctor are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
2. When we will provide a remedy
Subject to applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include re-performance, replacement report, account/service credit or refund, where for example:
- payment was successfully accepted but a paid report was not delivered because of our system failure;
- the delivered report is technically defective or materially incomplete through our fault;
- the report materially fails to match the service description applicable at the time of purchase;
- a duplicate charge was accepted for the same order; or
- applicable consumer law otherwise requires a refund, re-performance or other remedy.
Where required data coverage fails before sale and the report cannot meet the minimum product standard, we prevent the paid purchase rather than knowingly sell an unusable report.
3. Change of mind
A CryptoDoctor report is a digital service generated for the address or token selected by the user and may be consumed immediately after delivery.
We do not ordinarily offer a discretionary change-of-mind refund after a report has been successfully generated and delivered, except where mandatory law provides a right to a refund or other remedy.
This does not limit rights relating to defective, incomplete, misdescribed or undelivered services.
4. Market or blockchain changes are not service defects
A report describes data available at the snapshot time shown in the report.
A later change in price, liquidity, contract configuration, approvals, holder distribution, token taxes, balances, third-party security classification or other blockchain condition does not by itself make a correctly generated earlier report defective.
5. AI wording issue
If the underlying structured report is generated but an explanatory AI section fails because of a technical or compliance validation error, CryptoDoctor may provide deterministic factual text, regenerate the explanation or otherwise re-perform that part of the Service.
A paid report is not left permanently inaccessible solely because an AI wording layer failed.
6. How to request a remedy
Use the complaint form at cryptodoctor.ai/contact or email [email protected] and provide, where available:
- order/reference number;
- report link or report ID;
- description of the issue; and
- the transaction reference relevant to the order.
We will provide a complaint/support reference for follow-up.
7. Refund method
Where a refund is due, it is returned on-chain in the asset and on the network originally used, to an address you provide and confirm.
We may request information reasonably necessary to identify the original payment and verify the recipient. Because blockchain transfers are irreversible, we will confirm the destination address with you before sending.
