1. What the Service Is — and What It Is Not

1.1. CryptoDoctor provides automated, software-generated informational and educational reports about publicly available blockchain data, including wallet composition analysis ("Wallet Checkup"), token risk analysis ("Second Opinion"), and periodic market commentary ("Market Diagnosis").

1.2. The Service is a diagnostic software tool. It is not financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or fiduciary. No content produced by the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any digital asset or to pursue any strategy.

1.3. Reports are generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence using third-party data sources. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for any decision you make.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

2.2. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you appear on any applicable sanctions list. You may not use the Service where its use is prohibited by local law; you are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to you.

3. Accounts and Wallet Sign-In

3.1. Certain features require an account, created via cryptographic wallet signature ("Sign-In with Ethereum") and/or email. You are responsible for maintaining control of your wallet and email.

3.2. We will never ask for your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet password. Anyone who does so while claiming to represent CryptoDoctor is attempting fraud.

3.3. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are used for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

4.1. Paid reports are consumed using prepaid credits. Credits are a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service. Credits are not money, electronic money, deposits, securities, or stored value; they have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn.

4.2. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, pay-as-you-go credits expire 6 months after purchase; subscription credits expire at the end of the subscription period in which they were granted. Expired credits are not refunded.

4.3. Subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. There is no auto-charge; continued access requires a new payment before or after the period ends.

4.4. We may change prices and plan features prospectively. Changes do not affect credits or subscription periods already paid for.

5. Payments

5.1. Payments are accepted exclusively in cryptocurrency via third-party payment processors. Prices are denominated in U.S. dollars; the crypto amount is calculated at the exchange rate quoted by the processor at checkout and is valid for the invoice window shown.

5.2. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for sending the exact amount, on the correct network, to the correct address, within the invoice window. Network fees are borne by you.

5.3. Underpaid, late, or wrong-network transactions may fail to credit automatically; contact support at [email protected] with the transaction hash and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve.

5.4. Refunds. Because reports are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final once a report is delivered or a credit is used. If we fail to deliver a paid report due to a fault of the Service, your remedy is, at our option, re-delivery of the report or a refund of the amount paid for that report in the cryptocurrency received.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, or fraud; (b) probe, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service; (c) resell or systematically redistribute reports without our written consent; (d) use the Service to harass, dox, or surveil any person; (e) misrepresent Service outputs as human professional advice.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. The Service, including its software, design, branding, and report formats, is owned by us or our licensors.

7.2. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use reports you purchase for your own informational purposes, including private sharing. Public reposting of report excerpts with attribution to cryptodoctor.ai is permitted.

8. Third-Party Data and Services

Reports rely on third-party data providers, blockchain nodes, and AI model providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data or services. Blockchain data reflects on-chain state, which may itself be manipulated (e.g., fake volume, spoofed tokens).

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DIGITAL ASSETS ARE HIGHLY VOLATILE AND YOU MAY LOSE THE ENTIRE VALUE OF YOUR HOLDINGS. A HIGH "HEALTH SCORE" IS NOT A PREDICTION OF PERFORMANCE OR AN ASSURANCE OF SAFETY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DIGITAL ASSETS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT DECISION MADE IN CONNECTION WITH A REPORT; AND (b) OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service in violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the website; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved by [COURTS OF JURISDICTION / ARBITRATION BODY]. To the extent permitted by law, disputes shall be brought individually and not as part of a class action.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
