What people ask before they paste an address. All of it is technical — none of it is advice.
Do I need to connect a wallet?
No. You paste an address. There is nothing to sign and nothing to approve.
Which networks do you check?
Ethereum, Base, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism and Avalanche — all seven in a single checkup, so concentration is measured across the whole portfolio. TRON (T…), Solana and TON wallets are checked as separate single-network diagnoses. Bitcoin addresses (bc1…, 1…, 3…) get an address-hygiene & privacy check-up.
How is the Health Score calculated?
By deterministic code, not by AI. The same address checked twice on the same day returns the same score. AI writes the explanation around numbers it cannot change. The score is a technical index based only on the configured checks shown in the report; it is not a suitability or performance score.
Can I check someone else's wallet?
Yes. Any public address can be diagnosed. Owning the address gives you no special rights to a report about it, and buying a report about an address does not tell us it is yours.
What happens if a data source is down?
The report is marked incomplete and we do not offer it for sale. You get a free retry instead of a diagnosis we already know is partial.
How long does a report stay available?
Indefinitely, on its secret link. Leave an email at checkout and we send the link there too.
Do you store my data?
We store the report and the address it describes. IP addresses are kept only as a salted hash for rate limiting. We do not log request bodies.

What is CryptoDoctor?
CryptoDoctor is an automated technical diagnostics service for public blockchain data. Wallet Checkup calculates a rule-based Health Score for an analysed address; Token Screening checks configured contract and market indicators; Market Diagnosis summarises observed market data. The service describes findings and technical context and does not provide transaction recommendations.
Is this financial advice?
No. Reports describe observed technical facts and rule-based indicators. They do not recommend whether any person should acquire, dispose of, hold, transfer, exchange, stake, lend, borrow, or otherwise transact in a virtual asset. What do I need to get a checkup?
Just a public wallet address. Paste it on the site — the free version needs no sign-up.
Do you hold my assets or private keys?
No. CryptoDoctor is read-only. It does not hold or control virtual assets or private keys, does not operate a wallet for you, does not execute, route or settle transactions, and does not manage a portfolio.
Do I have to give you an email?
No. Email is optional. You only need one if you choose email sign-in, recovery, report delivery or notifications. An email given for delivery or login is never used for marketing — marketing is a separate, optional choice.
Does buying a report mean you think the address is mine?
No. Any public address can be diagnosed, and requesting a report proves nothing about ownership. We never infer that an analysed address belongs to you.
What does a screening status mean?
It describes the configured technical checks only. "No configured technical flags detected" means the configured checks produced no flag on the data available at the snapshot time. It does not mean a token is safe, legitimate, sellable or suitable for anyone.
Free vs. paid
What does the paid report add?
The paid report adds the expanded evidence behind every finding: observed values, source context, technical explanation, data coverage and a downloadable PDF. It does not add a personal action plan or transaction recommendation. Paid subscribers also get the full weekly Market Diagnosis.
Why is the free version limited?
Every report costs us real compute. The free score shows you whether there's something worth looking into; the paid report provides the full evidence and technical explanation behind the findings.
Payments
How do I pay?
Crypto only — we don't accept cards. Payment is made directly on-chain in USDC on Base or USDT on TRON, where network fees stay small relative to a $5 payment. There is no payment gateway between you and us.
Why are prices shown in USD?
USD is the unit of account; the exact crypto amount is calculated at the current rate when you check out. The invoice is valid for the time window shown (typically 20–30 minutes).
How fast is a report unlocked after payment?
Usually within a minute of network confirmation. Your report is generated while you pay, so confirmation simply unlocks it.
I sent the wrong amount / used the wrong network. What now?
Contact [email protected] with your transaction hash. Blockchain transfers can't be reversed, but we'll do our best to match your payment and credit your order.
Can I get a refund?
A report is a digital service delivered on generation, so we do not offer a discretionary change-of-mind refund once it has been delivered. If a paid report was not delivered, is defective or materially incomplete through our fault, or does not match its description, we re-perform it or refund it. See the Refund & Delivery Policy.
Credits and subscriptions
How do credits work?
1 credit = 1 full report (Wallet Checkup or Token Screening — your choice). Pay-as-you-go credits are valid for 6 months.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
No. Crypto has no auto-charge — subscriptions are prepaid for the period. We'll remind you before your period ends; renewing takes one payment.
What happens to unused subscription credits?
They're valid until the end of the subscription period they were granted in.
Privacy and security
Is checking someone else's wallet legal?
Blockchain data is public by design — anyone can view any address. Our reports simply read and explain that public data. Please use the Service responsibly and lawfully.
